Korean Style Air Fry Chicken Wings

Directions

Step ONE
Prepare and Season Wings: Clean wings, pat dry, season with salt and pepper, and coat lightly with rice flour.
Step TWO
Air Fry Wings: Preheat air fryer to 375°F, place wings in a single layer, and cook until crispy.
Step THREE
Make Korean-Style Sauce: Combine sauce ingredients and simmer until slightly thickened.
Step FOUR
Toss Wings in Sauce: Coat cooked wings evenly in the sauce.
Step FIVE
Garnish and Serve: Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.

Ingredients

1  pack DRAPER VALLEY FARMS® Chicken Party Wings
  Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 cup Rice flour
  Cooking spray or oil
  Korean-Style Sauce:
1/4 cup Soy sauce
2 tbsps. Gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
2 tbsps. Honey
1 tbsp. Rice vinegar
1 tbsp. 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
3 cloves Minced garlic
1 tsp. Grated fresh ginger
  Toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
