Pulled BBQ Chicken Sandwiches

Directions

Step ONE
Bake the Chicken: Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil, and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for about 45 minutes or until fully cooked. Allow to cool, then shred the meat with forks.
Step TWO
Warm Chicken with BBQ Sauce: Heat shredded chicken and BBQ sauce in a saucepan over low heat until warm.
Step THREE
Toast Buns: Lightly toast the hamburger buns until golden.
Step FOUR
Assemble Sandwiches: Spoon pulled BBQ chicken onto each bottom bun. Add coleslaw and pickles if desired.
Step FIVE
Serve: Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.

1 pack RANGER® Free Range Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
1 cup BBQ sauce
hamburger buns
1 cup coleslaw (optional)
1/4 cup sliced pickles (optional)
  Salt and pepper to taste
